Planning and Zoning

Attendees:Commission Members: Richard Griffel – Chairman, Susan Baker, Joseph Corbett, Suzette Bollinger – Administrator, and Jan Warnke    

Chairman Griffelcalled the meeting to order. 

Minutesfrom the April 7, 2010 were approved as written.

Old Business:

Annexation Agreement – Administrator Bollinger presented a draft Annexation Agreement to the commission and asked if they would like to read it as a group or take it home to go over.  The commission decided they would take the draft home to study, take notes and return to the next meeting ready with any changes or suggestions.

New Business:

There was no new business.

Meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.
