Planning and Zoning

Attendees:Commission Members: Richard Griffel – Chairman, Suzette Bollinger – Administrator, Susan Baker, Jerry Funke, Doug Ervin, and Mayor Teddy Stronks    

Chairman Griffelcalled the meeting to order at 7:06 pm. 

Minutesfrom the May 6, 2010 were approved as written.

Commissioner Funkemoved that we go out of order and do new business before we go over the annexation agreement.  Motion seconded and passed.

New Business:

Mayor Stronks presented Suzette with a plaque of appreciation for her many years of service to the city.  Suzette has accepted a job in Colorado therefore she has had to resign as the Planning and Zoning administrator.

Old Business:

Annexation Agreement –Commissioner Ervin said he felt everything had been addressed in the annexation draft.  Commissioner Funke questioned the width of the streets.  He also mentioned we need to address the width of the culdisac streets.  It was then suggested to give the agreement to the city attorney to check legality and completeness.  The commission also questioned if the agreement would have to go to public hearing.

There was no further business.
